For Resale PROPOSED Consignment Sales Contract
INFORMATION AND PROCEDURES
The online, printable version of this Proposed Consignment Sales Contract allows the customer an opportunity to reduce time spent in a busy store, waiting for the owners assistance.
All proposed items and their prices are subject to the approval of Gold Canyon Embroidery & Boutique.
Completing the Proposed Consignment Contract does not guarantee that the item you wish to consign will be accepted for sale at this time.
Acceptance of items may be influenced by available display space. Items must be of excellent quality,
clean, and in good working condition. All consignment items must be judged sellable and appropriately priced jointly by
the Consignor and a Gold Canyon Embroidery & Boutique representative.
If, upon closer inspection, any of these articles is found to b unsuitable for sale at Gold Canyon Embroidery & Boutique, consignor will remove the item within five (5) days of notification or the item be removed from the store at the owner's expense.
SALES AGREEMENT:
1 Items will be placed on consignment for a period of 30 days.
2 Sold Items: When sold, the owner receives 70% of the selling price; 30% of the selling price is retained by Gold Canyon Embroidery & Boutique. A receipt for 70% of sale price will be mailed with your check. Checks for items sold will be mailed within twenty (20) working days of the sale date.
3 Unsold Items: If the consigned item has not sold, it must be removed from the store by the owner within the 10 days immediately prior to the contract expiration date. Any item that remains in the store becomes
the sole property of Gold Canyon Embroidery & Boutique. A donation receipt from Gold Canyon Embroidery & Boutique will be mailed to the owner of the item.
